Breathtaking views from a height of 66 metres, extraordinary light shows on a 360-degree screen and culinary delights on the ground floor.
Industrial monument, Visiodrom, viewing platform and more
Where the city was at one time supplied with energy, today the listed gas storage facility provides fantastic perspectives. Elaborately renovated, the highest publicly accessible building in the city attracts visitors from near and far.
Exciting experiences from top to bottom
The industrial structure appears to be round, but actually has 20 corners. Five floors were imaginatively integrated in 2019. The restaurant on the ground floor serves Mediterranean cuisine along with a large portion of homeliness. You can work off any excess pounds straight away at the fitness centre on the floor above.
Highlights inside and out
One highlight is the fifth floor of the Gaskessel Wuppertal. There you’ll find yourself in the middle of one of the artistic projections of light and sound. Draw inspiration from the fantastic light shows on Europe’s largest 360-degree screen. At the top, on the roof, the viewing platform offers a spectacular panoramic view of the city. Enjoying the sunset up here is something that will stay in your memory for a long time.
