From the beginning, the artisan production of baked goods and confectionery products with the best quality raw materials was and is the top priority. Many of them come directly from the region, such as the milk from the Wiersberger Milchhof in Hennef, flour and eggs from the Westerwald, and many of the sausages from the local butcher Hielscher.
Craftsmanship is also a priority in the pastry shop. Here, seasonal cake and pie creations are made by hand, chocolates are produced, fruit spreads are preserved, and individual cakes for weddings and all kinds of other beautiful occasions are baked here with great attention to detail.
