The Natursteig Sieg hiking trail starts right next to the vacation apartment. Enjoy hiking and adventure trails in the Sieg nature region and hike, for example, on the historical traces of the old Roman wall and the circular ramparts, directly in the forests adjacent to the "Talblick-Windeck" vacation apartment.
Mountain bikers also get their money's worth in Windeck. Most of the forest paths are graveled and easy to cycle on. It is no coincidence that the Windecker Land is part of the Bergisches Land and lives up to its name here. There are also downhill routes through the forests to Herchen and Stromberg for the more adventurous. But leisurely nature lovers can also explore the Windeck recreation area on a bike tour along the Sieg. (2 rental bikes or E-Bikes can be provided on request)
