We prepare all our dishes freshly and are therefore able to cater to our guests in the best possible way, and food allergies such as lactose intolerance are also no problem for us. Our home-style cuisine offers seasonal delicacies such as asparagus, strawberries, chanterelles and game. We source many ingredients directly from the producer, such as the Historic Mustard from the Cologne Mustard Mill or the Original Mulled Wine from the Cologne Christmas Market.
